I began my career at the Florida Press Association (FPA) where I served as an Account Manager where I worked with both their association FPA and the Florida Press Service (FPS) and their for-profit arm N2PS. After over 5 years with the Florida Press Association, I was hired by Partners in Association Management. I served as their Chief Marketing Executive for over 6 years and worked with many associations…many of which have become friends/family and we still keep in touch today. After moving to Colorado, I took a position with the Colorado Nurses Association (CNA) as their Director of Membership, Marketing and Communications. After over 2 years of working at CNA, it was time to open my own Association Management Company, but not just any association management company…one that would grow and change multiple organizations futures by having a single focus on credentialing. Hence, Limitless was born.

I love my volunteer work! In over 18 years of association management, I have logged several hours of giving back to the profession that has given me so much. I have been and am currently a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), The Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) and currently I am the President-Elect for the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE).

Miles McIlhargie is the owner and creative director of Little Red Swing, LLC, a creative development, production and brand management studio based in Colorado Springs and serving a number of select clients and agencies.

Graduating with a B.A. degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Colorado, Miles has been in the field of design and marketing for over fifteen years, working for boutique design studios, traditional advertising agencies and playing Adjunct Professor for Colorado Technical University’s Visual Communications program before ultimately starting Little Red Swing in 2008.

Valerie graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Multinational Business Operations and Marketing. Her careers include: Advertising, Sales & Marketing, Media, Travel, Creative Publishing, Project Management, Holistic Health and Entrepreneurship.

Valerie got her start fresh out of college at one of the largest U.S. Hispanic Advertising agencies in the United States, Zubi Advertising. After years of sitting in Miami traffic, excruciating deadlines and endless nights dreaming about “island life,” Valerie took a leap of faith and booked a one-way flight to Honolulu, Hawai’i in search of the next big thing.
