More about Keith
I began my career at the Florida Press Association (FPA) where I served as an Account Manager where I worked with both their association FPA and the Florida Press Service (FPS) and their for-profit arm N2PS. After over 5 years with the Florida Press Association, I was hired by Partners in Association Management. I served as their Chief Marketing Executive for over 6 years and worked with many associations…many of which have become friends/family and we still keep in touch today. After moving to Colorado, I took a position with the Colorado Nurses Association (CNA) as their Director of Membership, Marketing and Communications. After over 2 years of working at CNA, it was time to open my own Association Management Company, but not just any association management company…one that would grow and change multiple organizations futures by having a single focus on credentialing. Hence, Limitless was born.
I love my volunteer work! In over 18 years of association management, I have logged several hours of giving back to the profession that has given me so much. I have been and am currently a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), The Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) and currently I am the President-Elect for the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE).

Many, many, years ago, I was a travel agent for a timeshare exchange company. Feeding my desire to travel, serving as a travel agent seemed like the right job for me (I just totally aged myself here). However, with the boom in technology allowing individuals to make their own travel arrangements the industry took a turn and I found myself wondering what I should be when I grow up… That lead me to apply to be a meeting planner for an association management company, Partners in Association Management in Tallahassee, FL. I instantly fell in love the work and new it was where I wanted to expand my career and knowledge base.
Fast forward several years, I expanded my role from meetings to membership and found my true love – CERTIFICATION! I had the privilege to serve as the Deputy Director of Operations for the National Board of Dental Laboratory Technology (NBCDLT), within that role I learned everything imaginable within certification program development and management. While I love company, I worked for and the client in which I served, our life took us in another direction and we moved to Denver, CO where I took a position as Director of Certification and Operations for the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
From there, my incredible partner in life and now in business – Keith Segundo had opened up a company called Limitless Association Solution Resource, LLC and acquired enough business and clients that it made sense for me to leave my job at NBSTSA and join forces to expand the business to certification and education focused work.

I worked for an insurance company based in Scottsdale, Arizona for 14 years. I started in the General Liability Claims unit and later moved to Personal Lines Underwriting where I found relationship building was the best part of my job. I was laid off in 2018 and began being a Stay-At-Home Mom. I would it’s the best and most challenging role. Now, with my kids in school, I am so excited about the opportunity to work at Limitless and learn something new!

More about Kellie
Being brought up by a hotel General Manager, I started working in a hotel at an early age (mom said she had to have kids in order to hire good help). At 15, I started as a dishwasher (known as a pearl diver back in the day), moving to waitressing and then to the front desk. I quickly advancing to Sales. There isn’t a department I haven’t worked in.
My days in hotel sales made switching to the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association easy. Although I had a lot to learn about association management, I quickly advanced to Deputy Director. Years later, I was recruited to the American Hotel & Lodging Association in membership sales, were I recruited new members and got to know many hotel managers and owners, which was very rewarding.
While I enjoyed the association management world, I went back to school to get a degree in Health & Wellness. For eight years I was offering some form of wellness; mostly for employees. After being laid off from a position where the contract was not renewed, I found myself back in hotel sales working with meeting planners to produce the “perfect” meeting or event. That is where I met Keith Segundo and was on the CSAE board when he was president. It is with much excitement that I join “Team Limitless” to manage virtual conferences for many associations.
Each of these opportunities allowed me to wear an entrepreneurial hat where I would make many operational improvements along the way. My entrepreneurial spirit has me continually learning. I have received an IOM (organizational management) and CWP (Certified Wellness Practitioner) certifications. In addition, I have taken online classes for project management and would love to be a certified project manager one day.

My career has been an adventure. I spent 10 years working for the State of Florida, before stumbling into the meeting profession after being asked by the Late Governor Lawton Chiles to plan a Fatherhood Symposium (I had to look up the word symposium). From there It was working with the Florida League of Cities, Florida Press Association etc. Each opportunity allowing me to learn more and more about event and association management. From the nuances of planning a spectacular event on a shoestring budget to those rare moments when money was no object, I think I’ve encountered them all. The satisfaction of helping a vision become a reality is immeasurable and it the true definition of event management, one I’m happy to embrace with each new project.
